IS NOT A UK BANK!!! doesn't accept BACS or Direct Debits. charged us $499 for the account but no benefits given. I don't Recommended it for a business.

Still waiting for my card but application process was very simple and quite quick, and payments inbound and outbound are prompt and no glitches within the app I'm looking forward to keeping my business account with these guys for a long time I just hope they improve on their access to customer service if something does go wrong

My payment came from EBAY UK there support told to read the TOS for refund policy which states refund will be done on the card that was used to create the account, while signing up they dont require any bank account ehich means the TOS are a complete lie While contacting their whatsapp support which is useless 1 agent told the payment is done whereas the others said it would be done. After that i took a bank statement and found out that the money is still in the bank and has not been refunded
