Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for the last month. I paid for the basic package. It is just ok. If you match with someone who hasn't paid, they can not message you. There is no simple way of seeing if a person you have liked has also liked you; you have to scroll through all your likes. I've also received random messages from people but they just seem to disappear. For the money, the features are simplistic and overpriced. I won't be renewing at the end of my minimum subscription.

Can never connect to the server !! I could understand if it were a free dating app, but considering you have yo pay for anything and everything...it's a rip off ! Not able to contact customer service either, if there weren't so many issues with the connection it would be a decent site.

Very disappointed that you can't even say hi or leave a compliment for free. Felt forced into having to pay out £39.99 and then there's not even a unsubscribe button / option. You really need to up your game and take a look at Bumble as an example of what you could be offering. I won't be continuing my subscription.
