Ratings and reviews

The basic seeing what's coming up is useful, but that's about where it stops working well. When I want to buy tickets it asks me to login. I'm already logged into the app! And being able to pay through Google Pay would be really great. Also can't follow a venue or artist, and when I tap on an address it doesn't open in Gmaps. Last, it can't add an event to my calendar. Come on, get a UX designer and make this truly usable!

RA Guide is okay but doesn't offer much. The search functions are limited and clunky to use. One either must search day by day in one location or try to navigate to a week to week search elsewhere. Even then, though, available information on an event is patchy and often unfinished. It is useful if you already know exactly what you're looking for but isn't very helpful if you're just browsing for an event with a genre you might like.

I love Resident Advisor. I've used it for years. But I have to say that the app is subpar. Every time I go to purchase tickets for a show it doesn't work. I tried looking to see if there were updates and there aren't any. It's laggy and simply does not function properly. Website works well, therefore I end up having to get on my laptop to buy the tickets. I like to think RA will update the app soon. I asked other friends and everyone feels the same way.
