I'm a first-time user and so far it's been bad experience. Yes, the loan was disbursed fast. However I tried repaying the first installment, I was debited twice and my dashboard still shows one more outstanding and another loan offer instead of clearing the outstanding. Reached out to you via calls, nobody picks and when I reached via mail, the operator keeps telling me I should request chargeback from the bank. However, the bank claims it was a successful transaction.

I had the worst experience being the first time I would use this app. I was given the offer of 2k as the credit limit. I had not read the contract when the app reloaded itself and approved the loan. I thought it was not bad until I received 1300 instead of 2k. I wish I could opt out instantly. Why would I receive 1300 instead of 2k? You guys will still add interest when it is time to pay back. Why would you deduct 700 when you would expect me to pay 2k aside the interest?

I don't understand how you people just credit someone without them requesting for loan,I downloaded the app and was going through the app and next thing you people just credit me without me requesting for loan... please you people should remove your money back and clear all my data on your system...plus your interest rate is very high,that's so unfair...I do not owe you people any money,better collect your money back before I spend.
