Got this because more popular solutions didn't have individual plans for more than 4TB storage. Unlimited storage sounded tempting, but there had to be a downside: the sync is just awful. It worked fine when I tested the free account, but once I got a paid one and went over 5Gb, files stopped uploading to the cloud from Win folder. Mobile uploads work 50:50. What's the point in unlimited storage if you can't use it? Also, you can't select subfolders in selective sync. Don't waste your money!
Hi! The personal plans limits transfer speeds at 5TB. Our Pro plans have no limits to speed. For the other issues please contact support and we will try to investigate further.

This application is okay when it works, however it refuses to run when there is an update, thus forcing an update. One has to juggle between portrait & landscape view just see a longer file name, which is very awkward. A smaller listing might help with the problem in viewing longer file names. This application has a serious problem with zipping a folder before downloading to my phone since I end up with a ZIP archive that can be opened!

Was going to buy 1tb family plan annual, as a photo storage/gallery, but gave it a try first. Well, as for the "photo cloud" features it's not bad, albeit the interface is quite clunky, takes some time to get used to. One thing pisses me off - video upload gets stuck for files of 700mb and larger. I tried both auto upload and manual, no difference, tried to clean up the cloud, do everything from scratch - no difference, it gets stuck. So, no way, going back to gphotos, it's totally far ahead.
