The application is getting better and better in time. Please confirm that you have the latest version on communicatior modules in order to have all the improvements and new features such as auto firmware upgrade and remote reboot command.

Lost all settings after update. SMS is coded in unreadable abracadabra. Tech support kindly advised and helped to sort out all issues. Thanks.

Hello, settings should not have been lost after update. SMS is coded to fit more information in it. Application will decode SMS for you. Codes is necessary for correct work of application (to show you status, temperatures etc.) Please write more information about your problems and we will try to help you: support@secolink.eu

The app works well. BUT. It is unerasable. Means it is continuing to work even when you made standard uninstall. Keep this in mind if going to sell your old phone or give it to somebody.

Hello, application can not work when you uninstall it. Maybe you are referring to a notification SMS from you alarm system? In that case you should disable reporting on your alarm system to your phone number. Application has nothing to do with it.
