Ratings and reviews

From all the courier apps i have, this is by far the worst! 1. The pickup locations in the app have nothing to do with reality. I found myself several times circling buildings just to find the locker! 2. Several times IT WASN'T A LOCKER! What kind of courier firm in 2024 still leaves the packages in random shops for the employees to give them to you??? And as an added bonus, the adress on the app for the package was in one shop and the adress on the sms text I got from Cargus was in another one.

Useless app with very few functionalities, lot of bugs and long waiting time for customer support. Also, the actual location of the locker is not the same as shown in the app. It is really annoying that you must be near the locker with Bluetooth and location activated. If someone is unable to arrive physically, there's no chance that some friend can go and pick it up for you, so the package will be returned.

The worst experience you could ever have with an app and with a delivery company in general. Their services are below minimum. The app is not properly updated, you cannot find the addresses properly, there are not real lockers, but other people's shops they send the parcels to, with no cargus signs and with very short program. It takes ages to manage to contact an operator, both phone and chat. They deliver to wrong pick up points. Horrible altogether!
