Took a few minutes to set up, not too bad. Issue is that the instructions/manual that was included is not extremely helpful. Great picture quality from camera. The AI for the birds is not accurate at all, at the most 50% recognition. As someone mentioned in an earlier review, it's to the point that it is comical. Many times, I use a separate app to identify the different birds. So far, it has turned out OK. Worthy of 3 🌟.

The instructions that come in the package is very limited and not user friendly to set up. But with persistence, was able to. Was having problems with notifications not being sent to my phone, but through the online live chat was able to resolve it. Had to go to my phones settings, then to apps, locate the tris app, then go to battery usage and change to no restrictions on the battery usage. It works now

I have been having some issues with the settings at night, so it could be a simple process or not. I can't get the camera to work infrared. I think it's due to mount inside, and glass is in front of the camera. It looks like a light is on but only on the app. If you explain why it show a reflection?but only when it changes from color to infrared and there's no actual light visible only on the viewer, why?
