Ratings and reviews

In the app it's simple to add sensors and it shows their battery life. The issue is it doesn't have enough notification categories so it uses the same sound for all notifications including if someone disarms the alarm, sets off the alarm, and on occasion when motion is detected. Last, it provides the notification late, often not until I unlock my phone's screen. With these fixes their security system could be great. Their support service is poor about responding.

Where's the temp?? I don't understand this freezer or this app. Not only will the display on the freezer not tell you what the internal temperature is, neither will the app! What more functionality would be the most beneficial than being able to tell what the internal temperature is! Ridiculous. Now I have to go on Amazon and buy a Wi-Fi thermometer to monitor the internal temp. Insane!!

The lights are nice enough, and relatively inexpensive too, but the inability to schedule a group convinced me not to buy any more. Having to schedule each light in our bedroom individually is annoying enough when there are only 2 lights. I'm not doing that with more. The Philips Hue bulbs I got as a gift over 10 years ago had that functionality, so I'm surprised it's not available in a more current system.
