The app is 5 stars, but there's something wrong with the bank's connection to both the app and the website, so ZERO STARS for that. App doesn't even let me put in the credentials. Website lets me put them in, but goes nowhere until it times out. I am nowhere near able to go to a branch in person. Please fix this if you can! Edit: This has been happening for a few weeks. A few days ago, the app was great again, and now it's bad again. Both the app and the website.

Works good when it works. I especially like the mobile deposit capability. But it seems to stop working pretty often -- it starts to load and then just disappears -- so I have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. Wish that was fixed. Update: The new app is bad. So glitchy, I have to enter my pw like 5 times, then it finally lets me in. It is slow moving between things, and I'm not sure whether to wait for it to work, or choose something else. The old wasn't great but better than this.

Not great. There's tons of wasted screen space, especially when viewing transactions. It uses such big fonts that I often can't even see the full amount that a transaction is for. When I try to look at a detailed view of a specific transaction it seems to only work the first time. Looking at more than one transaction in detail will either keep showing the first one I tried to look at or a blank screen. I love this app for depositing checks, but I log onto the website for everything else now.
