Easy to use. I wanted a fitness tracker watch that wouldn't break the bank. It does what I need and the app makes it easy to see all my readouts. Haven't had any issues. ====== After less than a year I am downgrading my review to 2 stars. The app has gaps in my data for weeks at a time. I am pretty sure the step counter is fairly accurate, but I am doubting the accuracy of the heart rate and calories burned. Customer support is very lacking when I report missing data. Dissappointed.

It has good intentions But glitching on areas to update, resets itself without option to not reset chooses preferences. If Timex put more features that would not have to keep being reset or connection issues I might have more to say. On the upside it looks like a nice watch. I would like to hear from Timex and I have 8 other watches that need repair and they made it harder to contact and get help or information. The can contact me and let me have options and solutions, but will they?

I have an iconnect by timex 2 and it won't connect to my watch at all. But I can no longer find the app that it came with. So I'm not sure if it's compatible I guess.
