Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

I buy most of my clothes from here. Recently there has been a huge spike in the prices, but the quality seems to have improved by leaps and bounds too. This app has a pretty good return policy too. Some improvements to the search filters would be appreciated.

Really bad after they updated the app , all of my wishlist collections are lost and now many of the cloths are even deleted and lost permanently which I never can find . New collections are boring and dull , the savana app by urbanic is so confusing and difficult to use . Prices are also high and it's over priced , delivery fee is also expensive. Overall very bad upgrade and updates I'm so disappointed in urbanic. Please bring back the old collections it's so much better .
