Ratings and reviews

My app hasn't updated in a month. At first time I noticed, my account said it was cancelled for no reason and since then it hasn't updated. I've contacted customer service numerous times to get the run around, no answers and my case was escalated twice for my ticket to be closed out and "escalated" for their specialist to tell me they can't do anything. This company is horrible.

Do not recommend. It says daily but they really mean what's convenient for them. This app is trash. You're WAY better off direct depositing with Chime or Dave. The app did have me convinced Daily Pay was trying to solve my problem, until the person I talked to confirmed that no, only being able to transfer money twice in 9 days, was working as intended.

they just implemented a "new system" on this app where they say there's an automated percentage of what you can use for the days you work. it has been absolute trash since that was implemented. the app will only let you transfer about $30 out of an 8 or more hour shift you worked. I was able to accumulate and transfer about $150 daily when I needed it for each shift worked. this has been ongoing for the past 2 weeks and has become absolutely irritating. stay away from this app!!
