Ratings and reviews

This app is a complete waste of time. It forces you to connect your bank account, but even after going through all the verification steps, it just resets and makes you do it again. I’ve connected my account at least 15+ times and it never actually works. It’s an endless loop with zero results. Don’t bother downloading this—nothing but frustration.

Don't know what happened, used this all the time. Then, two weeks ago, it kept telling me my bank credentials were wrong. Once it stopped doing that, it suddenly stopped working again. Contacted support, and the app was saying it was connected to my savings even though it showed my checking account was linked. Cashed out. And suddenly it's doing it again. It also just gives me a blank screen when I attempt to "select the account". I think this will be the end of me using this.

I've been using Earnin for a few years and until probably the last year or so, customer care agents were super helpful and they were able to increase maxes and make sure that you could cash out and all of that changed when they decided to let the app go fully independent and do everything on its own and they don't care, so if you're looking for an app that has an helpful customer service and it's carrying people working for it, this is not this happened any longer, please find Something Else.
