I've been waiting 6 months for them to verify my account. They say they cannot find a direct deposit, but I do have one in my account. I previously used their service with great results but the service has seriously gone downhill I even sent a screenshot of my direct deposit and the company is still telling me I do not have a direct deposit. They are also telling me they cannot view my bank account information. I have uploaded my information literally at least 20 times they clearly have access to it. Because this company is delaying my verification I have had to overdraft my account which is costing me serious money and fees I don't have and leaving me unable to pay other bills. Don't waste your time with activehours it is a complete waste of time and will be of no use to you.
Dropped support for my bank without any sort of notification. Completely stranded until otherwise.
Easy setup and even easier process. My first payout was only $14 which is low and I emailed CS and was informed about my GPS so hopefully my next payout is better. Until then......

It is a good app
I've used this a few times over the last few months. My "Pay Period Max" hasn't budged from the $100 max that I was given the day I installed the app (not that I need to draw more than that before payday). It's nice that I get to pick what I pay for the service. It's also very quick with getting the money into my bank account (even though my bank doesn't support lightning speed). It's bailed me out of a few tight situations. It's very convenient, and exactly what it's advertised to be.
