Created especially for Aetna International members, vHealth (Worldwide) provides access to doctors anytime, anywhere.Please note, other vHealth apps are available. If you reside in India, Dubai or Thailand you may wish to check you are downloading the correct vHealth application. Your employer or Aetna representative can assist.

vHealth doctors will take the time to understand your health needs and guide you to the best possible solution. Wherever you are in the world, you can feel confident you & your family is receiving the right care. If you are eligible, consults are free and available as often as you require.Two types of services are available:

(1) Video Consultations: schedule a video appointment at a time that suits you. Available in English and Spanish.
(2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation on a call back basis. The doctor will typically return your call within 2 – 4 hours. Available in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, German, Hindi, Cantonese, Hungarian, Portuguese, Malay, Korean, Thai, Arabic and Italian’

There is a problem with this app! It will not 'initialise' even though I am connected to the internet. Unreliable app. When it worked it was great but it no longer opens!

Useless. You cannot access with CONFIRMED log in details. Then you are not allowed to disagree with how they use MY DATA. I also am NOT ALLOWED to disagree with their T&Cs. Arbitrarily all one-sided for Aetna. So, I had NO SAY in this employer chosen MA and then furthermore, if I want to make use of (some) of their services, well, you are not allowed. Draconian. Oh and also, patients that REALLY NEED this service, can't. So, they give up. Absolute FAILURE as a MA. But, they really don't care.

Can't register! Why not register with member ID? Why a separate login process from the website? I started anyway because I needed the promised service quite urgently. Asked for "Access Code". Not a clue how to get one. Nothing arrived by email or sms. :-( What a letdown.
