My device bricked two months ago because of faulty software. After spending a ludicrous amount of time troubleshooting, pleading, and dozens upon dozens of emails, my replacement arrived today. Now that I finally have a band again, the app does not function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It just crashes to the home screen immediately. I paid $80 for Smartvibes 6 months ago and I haven't been able to use it. Apollo would not refund me. Now things are even worse as the app doesn't even open.

The latest version 3.6.2 is supposed to fix all the issues that have been happening since Fall 2023. Now on 3.7.5, is worse than before. Fall 2021 - Summer 2023, the device worked 100%. Now, it will not connect to the app. The $350 device has turned into a brick. CS is nice, will always offer troubleshooting steps, but they are the same steps and do not work. They gave me a 3 month free trial for the smartvibes. That doesn't work either. It says I don't wear my device to sleep which isn't true!

The app is awful. It only sporadically connects. It's been 3 years and they still haven't improved it. You can set favorites, but it doesn't default to them so I have to set the time and intensity I want every time. The scheduling works occasionally, but is not at all reliable. On top of that, I paid $350 for this. Any new features they add are locked behind a subscription service. Fix what you have and add features that everyone who has put up with this can use.
