I used to have no issues with the app until recently. I even recommended this app to others too. But now, when I log into the app, my account list is not shown at all. I tried several times but no change at all. It's pathetic that BOC being one of the leading banks in the country, not having a good IT team to handle this kind of a basic app. I didn't see any updates for a while either. When the app stopped working I thought there might be an update available but in reality there is none.

Worst Services 😖😫😩 The app doesn't show account list after logged in with the PIN, and there is not even a refresh button. Therefore I had to log in and log out several times (more than 10) but now it's showing outdated account information. The Ul and the UX is also very bad. Please invest some money into making the app UX better. For a bank like yours, it's not a big problem. Utterly disappointed 😥

Always almost never loads up. Have to quit and log again like 30 times just for the accounts to load up. Too much annoyance just to literally check balance. UI is not pleasing either. Update; 2+ years after review. Still app doesn't load 99% of the time. And especially when you actually want to check balance in emergencies. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
