There is no more fingerprint log-in or quick inquiry, which was probably one of the best features about the last app. It also takes longer to load the login screen than the last app. They do have auto login and pin login which is a plus. After playing around with the inner workings of the app for a bit, I realized the app isn't that bad, but I do miss the more smooth layout and design of the other app and the fingerprint login the most.

I mostly use the app to deposit checks and that functionality has improved. I do have to set my check on a dark background and then I don't have any issues capturing the image. Haven't really tried other options in the app but will continue to use for deposits. So much easier than driving to the bank!

I have no problem with the app. I have a problem the banking system. its the worse bank. you can't get customer service on time. you have to watch the time to call has soon they open in the morning or you have to wait 20/30 min before you get through. you can't get them 30 mins before closing time. if you have a problem with your account after hours or on the weekend, you don't have no one to talk to because they are close. when you paid a bill or do any transactions from your account it says pending 2-3 days. Am tired of the foolishness. can't wait to change them.
