Version 5.0 Won't let me see my benefits. It keeps telling me I need to be redirected to "agree to updated terms of service". So it directs me to a browser, I complete it, then attempt to login through the app and the same notice comes up. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and it doesn't work. I've agreed twice to the updates. Website version works - app does not. Super frustrating.

What a waste of space on my mobile. New update doesnt allow me access to my providers, so only a short list is available with no way to access anyone else. Whats the point of having this app? I have to go to their website and even finding their webpage is a challenge

The app missing important field "paid by the 1st insurer" which is available in browser. This results in decline of the insurance claim. Then you will have to call them every time and manually upload documents in a browser and submit the form. Absolutely useless.
