Practical app for managing Desjardins banking, very useful. It's occasionally impossible to connect to my account for technical reasons not detailed by the app, which is nerve-racking when one wants to manage one's financial resources; this is the type of system that shouldn't fail, or shouldn't fail repeatedly in order to maintain trustworthiness of clients; this explains the lower rating. The app also displays a non-existing account, which representatives told me should be masked.

Hello! System updates are performed on the Saturdays, during the night (from 2 AM to 6 AM). If you encounter a login issue outside of that period, please uninstall/reinstall the app, then turn off and restart your device. Always broken when you need it the most. Honestly one of the most unreliable app ive ever worked with Edit after Desjardins response: funny that they tell you to report bugs in the reviews but will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on bugs you've been reporting for close to 2 years. They literally cannot do anything but take your money. I would chose another bank if i could but im forced with desjardins because of my job

The notifications never work so you need to use text messages. while traveling thats not very practical.
