Awful experience with the app and customer service. I managed to log onto the app once and then never could again, which led to me overpaying my account. Tried to activate my card, but customer service can't help me do that, so I guess I just gave them extra money that I can't get back. I couldn't recommend them less

Just installed the app for the sole purpose of depositing a cheque with their Mobile Deposit feature. It cancels the attempt the moment I try to take a picture. tried several times, restarted the app, nothing works, except for the message: "Desjardins keeps crashing". Not impressed. Now I have to locate a rare ATM that accepts deposits in person.

Hello Mathieu! There was a system malfunction specifically for the mobile deposit on the 14th of Sept, which was corrected with a system update on that same day (make sure you do the update before trying again). The issue has been resolved since. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. Have a good day - Rose

The app recently broke for my phone. I can view the Instabalance, but I am unable to properly log into the application. It stays on a spinning loading screen. I've tried to clear the cache and the data. I've also uninstalled the app. I cannot use this application anymore.
