March 2026 update made the app useless as you can no longer see your credit card usage, neither the amount nor purchases can been seen until 10 days later so you just have to remember your usage, when every other bank just tells you, because thats the point of a bank app : being able to track your total funds and spending. April 2026 update bricked the app and made it no longer compatible with my phone and most of my friends phones. useless. probably going to transfer everything to my other bank

The new update (March 2026) makes it impossible to keep track of your finances and spendings. The credit card balance takes days to update after a payment. Days! I have to calculate the amount manually to know how much i spent and how much i payed on my credit card. But the update now doesn't show the "authorised but not posted" nor the "payment being processed" so you can not even calculate properly with missing data. The app is just not efficient anymore and very annoying for a frequent user.

Everything was great it would of been 5 stars before the credit update. Can't follow what I'm reimbursing my card for and what purchase is being reimbursed or included in the reimbursement. I can totally see how fraud or false charges would be a lot harder to spot too. Not being able to see your card balance change in real time after paying your card back is also a horrible decision. Makes me want to drop my Desjardins credit card and go with tangerine or another provider. 0/10 update.
