The mobile app of Desjardins Online Brokerage is the Disnat trading platform that allows you to trade stocks and options, check the quotes, see your asset allocation, see the status of your orders and obtain market information. It is the perfect tool for the independent investor who wishes to seize market opportunities on the go!

Simple. Fast. Easy. The Disnat app allows you to:

• See a list of your accounts and assets
• Place orders on stocks or options
• View current orders
• Get a quote and trade it immediately
• View market indexes in various graphics formats
• View your watch list

In order to use the Disnat Classic app, you must:

• be a Desjardins Online Brokerage client. To open an account, visit www.disnat.com/en/client-service and complete the account opening forms or contact our client service department at 1-866-873-7103;
• download the app to your mobile device or tablet;
• trade!

slow, portfolio values often bizarrely wrong or not updated until hours after opening, even worse for options, real time quotes in transaction process not accurate often

The app is atrocious, the app and MarketQ don't link together (Alerts set in MarketQ should also go through the app). In the app, I set a price alert, but no idea how to go back into it to modify. It's too complicated, I like features, but there's a lot to ask. Please fix this app. setting a ticker on your watch list in app should show up in MarketQ and vice versa, otherwise the app is useless for MarketQ customers.

Terrible app!! The information in your account is never accurate and you have to ask them to give you the live stock prices because if not, they'll never tell you that you have a 15 minutes delay. When there is a problem with the transactions, they tell you that should've call them first, but it takes more than 30 minutes for the customers service to reply every single time. Very bad trading experience with the disnat platform
