Crashes too often, sometimes doesn't even show ticker price. Real time quotes on options are non-existent. Up to date versions and still bring me to the log in screen when I try to see messages. Contemplating changing platforms.

The layout of the app is awesome, but it's a shake it rarely ever works. Viewing options chains always produce an error and it says to try again later. Modifying an order, same issue. Even trying to log in, causes an error. The app seems to be riddled with errors, making it pretty useless. Which is a shame because the layout is great. Desjardins should put more effort into the app to make it useable and they'll have a fantastic overall brokerage application.

Run away. Their support is a joke, and unfortunately you'll need it. And to top it off, they have no secure document upload feature. Send your ID and other info in an unsecured email like it's 1993, and feel totally secure in them having your funds. They decided my uploaded documents somehow didn't match information (even though it's all identical) and then freeze your account instead of replying to any messages in under a week. Sure they're free, but that means nothing if they're garbage.
