Difficult to install biometrics. Cannot see statements. Additional cardholder cannot access. Recent update removed fingerprint access and refused to accept passcode. Later I reinstalled the App and cleared the cache. All then worked well. Two days later I had an auto update which messed things up again. Crazy.

Recently, i checked the account, and i see the balance is not going down. When I checked, these people were taking 4 pounds on every instalment on paying airbnb payment through klarna. When i asked the company, they said FCA allowed them to charge. FCA who lives on their money licenced to ripoff public have no moral standing and is bribed by these companies. I CHANGED PAYMENT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY CARD I AM GETTING CASH BACK. THESE ARE CHARACTERLESS PEOPLE HAVE NO MORAL VALUES

Hi Adnan Farooqui, we're sorry you feel this way. Some transactions including Klarna are reflected as cash advances and this is the reason that the cash advance fee is applied. As you already have done, we would advise to use a different card for any future Klarna transactions - Steve

After new update, can't log in and shows blank screen🤦fml. Please fix I rely on this. Happy to change review rating when this is working.
