Ratings and reviews

App opens to the map but everything is grayed out and it just sits there trying to load. Edit: This app just continued to be unreliable. Every time I try to go back to it, it fails to find any spots to connect to. The entire map is grayed out. When I search for a location, I get an error that nothing is found in that location, bit I'm searching in the United States.

App used to be great. But for the last 6ish months I need to reinstall once a week cause it will open but sit in endless loading. Then after you reinstall it there is a 90% chance that no matter where you tell it to connect to it will connect you to TX regardless. Needs multiple reconnects before it switches from TX to where I want. I have communicated all of this with support multiple times, and they can never figure out what the problem is and they gave up. Wish I didn't pay 2 years in advance

I've used this VPN for years without issue but in the last 10 months or so it drops constantly without disconnecting traffic or alerting me. Alternatively, it will say that I'm connected to a tunnel but a cursory check reveals that my IP address is still totally exposed. Even better, it just fully logs me out at random without telling me, forcing me to restart the entire app and log in. I honestly think it has gotten worse with every update lately. I can no longer recommend this app.
