From delicious recipe ideas to videos with varied yoga, Pilates and movement exercises to a weight diary, practical links and checklists. During TK-BabyZeit you will get helpful answers to your questions. So you can look forward to your baby in a relaxed manner!

• You will find out everything about your current week of pregnancy and your baby's development. So you experience your pregnancy perfectly informed and can prepare for each week.
• Videos with lots of delicious recipe ideas to ensure that you and your baby are well.
• Made for you: Videos on birth preparation and postnatal recovery as well as selected exercises for exercise, Pilates and yoga for before and after pregnancy help you stay fit and relaxed during pregnancy and after the birth.
• The video course on first aid for babies will help you deal with small to large emergency situations
• With the weight diary you can keep an eye on the changes in your weight.
• You don't miss any appointments. We support you in planning and remind you in good time about important appointments such as ultrasound examinations or when you should take care of maternity benefit.
