To Write Love On Her Arms helped to save my life back when I was struggling with harming myself. I love and support them more than any other non profit. I absolutely love that they have an app now with mood tracking, resources, and articles. I haven't had a chance to fully explore the app, but I already know it's fantastic. Hope is real! Recovery is possible! Keep fighting, it gets better đź–¤

Just got it, but I'm looking forward to exploring more! So far I enjoy the calming feel, quotes, and access to articles. The "self care" tab is nice, I I'll definitely use it. I'm excited to explore the "get involved" tab too. I'm happy there isn't a pay wall! Only crit I'd have; I wish there was a bit of a guided "tutorial" type thing when you first get it. I can explore it myself, it's easy to navigate, but I feel like that would ease me into it and encourage me to get comfortable quicker.

I'm enjoying the app so far. its very aesthetically appealing, and the journal works nicely. theres not much to choose from with the mood tracker, but the simplicity is a good thing imo. it makes it easy to track your mood over time at a glance, while other apps I've tried made it difficult with many emotions to choose from. my only complaint so far is that between the graphic and the font the daily encouragement can be hard to read sometimes
