Most of the time, the app works well! I love that I can review choreography anywhere, at anytime. Recently, the notes section has not been working as expected. When I try to look at notes for different tracks, the screen returns to the cover page if I touch the screen to expand the page that I am reviewing. Also, I used to be able to get to the track by touching the track number/title on the cover page and that feature is no longer working. Please fix these two issues. 🙏

Thanks for sharing details of an issues you are experiencing with choreography notes. Based on your description, it sounds like your Releases needs to be refreshed. Please go to MORE> REFRESH RELEASES and select the problem Release or Refresh All. If the problem continues, please send screen shots or recordings to digital.release@lesmills.com.

The app does have some great features but bugs in the last few months have been irritating. I am plagued on Android (Samsung Galaxy) with the inability to download releases within the app without first going into the app settings, clearing the cache followed by forcing an app restart. This works every time to allow the download functionality to work again. App version 5.3.6. As a programmer I have tried all the technical tweaks outside of the app to no avail. Plenty of phone storage space!

SUPER FRUSTRATING lately (last couple months?), as it'll load fine the first couple of times I open it, and then it'll get stuck on the loading page and won't load. The only way to get it to load my releases is to uninstall and reinstall. And then it works for two openings, and I have to do it all over again. I contacted the app developer but haven't heard back...
