Unreliable. Tracking part of the app always shows a loading screen but never loads. Go to the browser to check tracking and it switches to the app... which never works... only way for me to see the tracking information is to UNINSTALL THIS APP so I can see it on a browser. App is a waste of time, don't bother. Even tried calling NZ Post to complain but they did not understand the issue so went nowhere.

Would've been a good app if the tracking actually worked. At the moment tracking any parcels is virtually impossible through the app for me, if I have any tracking number saved and then come back to the app, it just gets stuck on loading forever. I will just have to uninstall it since there's a redirect to the app from the website now, so I can't even use the web version of the tracker in piece. If you force users to be redirected to the app, maybe make sure it actually works first.

When trying to track a parcel in the Android NZ Post app the the blue circle keeps spinning - I have waited for more than 5 minutes. You can't see the details. If I want to see anything I have to go to my Chrome on my phone and set the page to desktop. If I don't do that, I get redirected to the app. The app is frustrating and a waste of time. Surely there is an easy fix for this?
