Ratings and reviews

You need to get bot controls in place. You can't get anything especially with wanted items. Links are given to scalpers before anyone or if you do get a notification it's sold out in less then a few seconds. Not normal. Then it's sold directly back on bol ten times the price. Scum!!

AWFUL customer support. Whoever is responsible for customer support in Bol is doing a bad job. I made an order and next day I checked that delivery date changed to 2 months later, instead of being the same week. I tried to get support from chat and regretted that. Agent was telling me to only talk to them after initial shipment date is overdue (which doesn't make sense as I needed the item at particular date), answers were very passive aggressive and slow. And yes, no English

Good app, fast never buggy. Good option to filter your searches. Lots of good deals. Also new daily deals or flash deals. And they have really good customer service!!! Very friendly and always helpful.
