Ratings and reviews

A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.

Trash. Some links redirect me to the page not found error. Content doesn't fit on the screen. Worse experience than just using the website. Basically it's everything you would expect from Booking Holdings.

Order received as soon as i listed my rooms, but i cant message my clients through the apps, on top of that, ycs doesn't provide any phone number to contact through phone call or whatsapp
