Love this app.....a little too much 🤦‍♀️ It is so easy to purchase all of your favourite brands at a click of a button. Plus, they always have great deals going on, which makes it easier on your purse...I have made huge savings before now. What should have cost me nearly £150, ended up costing me a little over £60. And the 3 for 2 deal on the boots No7 brand is fantastic.

I love Boots! I love the shop and their products. However, the app is really bad, unfortunately. It keeps freezing, and when it isn't freezing, it's so slow that it's unbelievable. I have had to abandon making some purchases because the app is so hard to work with. Hopefully, one day, it will be fixed, and I'll be able to make more purchases, haha :)

They get you to load offers on to card, but when you go shopping and can uses offers it doesn't allow you to use the offers 🤯 plus a lot of times doesn't allow you to add items to basket. Lots of issues with app recently. Would not recommend. In fact completely avoid. Used to be much better. Customer service are useless when contacted to try to help with issues. Avoid at all costs.
