I don't know what worse, the app or the bank! I was able to login ONCE today, now I'm getting this error message telling me to check my credentials or my connectivity. Clicked "forgot password" copied the password and pasted it to change my password and AGAIN, get told to check my credentials and connectivity again. As far as the bank, $$ keeps coming out of my account, no clue where it goes or have to pay a return payment fee because a payment was declined when the $$ is in there! Fix ur 💩!!!

I've had this app for some time now. Half the time I can't log in. The other half it works great. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get on in 3 days. Keeps telling me there's an issue check connectivity or make sure it's updated.. which I have. Still no use. To make matters worse I'm in the middle of a fraud charge claim on my gfs card. For the 6th time this year. Don't know if it's because of the app. Or the playstation charges we got hacked with. Either way not happy with the app or bank!!!

the app has always been super easy to use. any time ive forgotten to write "for mobile deposit" on the check (i do that alot..) the bank immediately calls me. having the app is definitely alot easier than having to log into the website constantly. i love that its so easy to transfer money back and forth, or to another person. theyve updated a couple times and in doing so its really helped make it easier and its crashes less. thank you!!
