Ratings and reviews

Great from a security standpoint. However it pushes it's own ad notifications without anyway to disable them, harassing you get others to join or get their other programs. It's also pretty slow so I had to split tunnel and turn off on 104 apps so far. Even so, it has bugs and randomly interferes with my data and app connections. Overall, get for the security, not for reliability or speed. Still, this VPN is somehow unfortunately still overall the best option, if not, 1 of the top 3.

Nordvpn keeps dropping when my phone or tablet connects to a different wifi AP in my house. I have to manually disconnect, then reconnect the app. It's really annoying. No other VPN apps do this - I've tried express VPN and PIA as well - they all seamlessly handle the handoff between APs. Nord's app disconnects every time, no matter the protocol. I always have to force a disconnect/reconnect.

Honestly t's a great tool but not quite useful for me, so wanted to cancel the service before trial expired. But unfortunately due to timezone difference I couldn't figure out the last day of cancellation and cancelled a day later. My account was charged with full year subscription. I have already cancelled the service and removed the app. I will appreciate if you could refund the money. If not full, at least prorate and refund for the for days I am not going use this service.
