Norlocker is unable to upload more than a few files/photos from Android. After 29 emails with customer service they replied "For uploading a large number of files, we recommend using our brand-new Windows application, which provides a better experience for handling heavy file operations." they admit that they have no idea why the app doesn't work and just want you to use windows instead. This is the only cloud storage app that I have an issue with. Waste of money.

I initially bought this thinking it would be a cheap alternative to OneDrive. Nope! No way to backup your HDD. You have to add everything manually. And good luck uploading lots of data. It will take you years to upload over 100GB. The app is god awful. It constantly errors out. Or just refuses to upload files at all! I had to restart my phone several times just to get the app to upload documents. On day 3 of just backing up phone photos! I know the service is cheap but this is a joke!

Absolute useless garbage. Does not show or provide access to stored docs, which is kind of the whole point. The previous version would at least display top-level folders, but not all of them, and still did not provide access to any of the files they contained. After update it's just an empty screen with the circular arrow "refresh" icon in the center, which does nothing. Deleted and re-installed, logged off and back on, nothing. Not ready for prime time. Lots of problems with desktop app also...
