The customer service is fantastic. I've used the Saily service now in Amsterdam, Spain, and Morocco. The system hasn't been completely issue free, but Saily has more than made up for any issues with their amazing customer service. With 24 hours a day availability, when I've messaged with an agent through the troubleshooting page in the app, less than a minute from reaching out, I'm talking to a person. Service has been clear and helpful and resolved each time within a few moments.

It stops working when arriving in a new country (exactly when it's needed the most). Customer support is good and provided instructions to manually update all the settings but that fix did not last and it broke again. When it was working it was great except the credits I bought don't even show up in the app despite support asking "have you tried logging out and back in?" 405847

took it thru 5 countries. ymmv A LOT. in some countries it would activate instantly and without a problem. in others it may take a few hours, or not at all, for reason not clear. reinstall procedures work and fail, randomly, stuck with a sim that shows installed but not installed anywhere, no way to delete esims from account or rename.support is eager to help, but hardly knows anything beyond retracing FAQs and cannot change anything that the app can't already do, not ecven bumping sims from ac
