The customer service is fantastic. I've used the Saily service now in Amsterdam, Spain, and Morocco. The system hasn't been completely issue free, but Saily has more than made up for any issues with their amazing customer service. With 24 hours a day availability, when I've messaged with an agent through the troubleshooting page in the app, less than a minute from reaching out, I'm talking to a person. Service has been clear and helpful and resolved each time within a few moments.

Unfortunately it has been very unstable in my experience. I bought a packet because the price was good, but it didn't worked straight away. I fully troubleshoot it with their chat bot, then finally could chat with a person just to repeat the same process over and over email too. It worked once we figured that I was given the wrong network. Then it worked for a while and now I have connection issues almost daily. Very inconvenient so I'm sticking with Holafly. Expensive but reliable.

it was very easy to install, it doesn't require ID in brazil, it work right away, when I landed in Rio, it happened very often speed is slow or bad network, I got 10gb for 30 days, some hour better than others, some locations better than other. when it's slow, it gives me the wrong direction,or it could be some area in Rio get google Maps confusing. I'm not sure what network is using in brazil. Maybe the brazilian network is not smooth. same thing with mint mobile international plans.
