Was nepotism involved in hiring the designer of this app? Because competence wasn't. What's the primary for this app? To submit a receipt. So why isn't there a button that allows you to submit a receipt? If you go into notifications on the app, you find the warning letters, which direct you to submit a receipt via email, and don't allow you to add a receipt via the app. You can only upload a receipt by wading through your transactions. And you can't submit a pdf, only a photo. Absolute trash.

Some things work, but this app is very buggy. It crashes all the time and every time I switch to another app, I have to re-login when I come back. To see billpay transactions, I have to look in the contributions, which doesn't make sense. Overall it is not very useful.

Hahaha, wow, after the update the app asks me a bunch of questions which should be optional in my opinion. Apparently they don't think so. Choose to skip a questions? Do it over! Provide an answer they don't like? Do it over! You service my FSA; I don't need text services, discount hunting, and for you to know other health information. Forcing me to answer a whole bunch of questions, turn on location access, and provide SMS access is not necessary. Why bother giving an option to skip even?
