Your BF Homes branch takes a hundred years to make an update in the app and communicate to their customers. They dont pick up calls! Even your customer service does not know how to help. Very frustrating - the app , the service, altogether just s*ck. Imagine having finished the ordering at 3pm and not knowing what's happening still after 4 hrs?? And I am still waiting. I would have cancelled but there's no cancel button. I bet that will take another hundred years.

Never again! I placed my order 9am. I chose the time frame 11am - 2pm. At 2:30 finally I received a txt that half of the ordered goods are not available, the rest is ready for pick-up. 3 hours later still no delivery. AND if you want to pay via GCash they force you to pay in advance the whole amount. .. unlike with MySuki LP Hypermart, where the driver brings the QR-code to scan and pay. AND the app only runs on smartphones, not on my tablet like all other similar apps. Very inconvenient! 👎

I gave this app another try. This time, it is worse. They were not able to deliver the medicine I needed on the scheduled time. Someone called me to say that it was already for dispatch, but nothing had been delivered by the evening. I emailed their support that night and they asked me to keep my lines open, but no one reached out to me.
