Ratings and reviews

The service is good, but the App used to access the service is absolutely terrible. Slow, hangs up, needs frequent restarting, redirects you away from what you're trying to do, hard to navigate, layers of pop-ups just to start shopping and impossible to exit search. Did the devs actually try this out before releasing?

I wish we had an option to change shoppers. when I tip people accept immediately but take HOURS after excepting to even get to the store and 30 or more minutes to start shopping. ik it's not a problem with the app because I've had shoppers accept and get to the store, shop, drop off groceries, and leave in 1 hour max. this is why I don't tip till after but during big orders I always tip when placing the order. I have to go to customer support to change shoppers. it's inconvenient ASF.

Exceptional grocery delivery directly to my door. Member since 2024. Many local stores, etc to choose from. Target delivery from grocery items plus other departments. No mark up. Does not even pay me to get into my car, to locations to shop, wait to check out, haul home purchases up to my 3rd floor Apt. 40 steps plus. I tip at least 15 to 20 percent. It suits my needs perfectly. I highly recommend SHIPT delivery service.
