I tried to purchase a phone from the website, it told me to put in my card and personal info, so I did. When I hit the submit payment button, however, the page just seemed to refresh. I was not given any sort of confirmation OR failed attempt prompt saying a transaction was either successful or declined. But my bank account says that the money for said purchase was taken from my account and the charge was still pending. This was 4 days ago now, I still don't have a phone bc my money is tied up.

I turned to this app thinking that I could trust it that they would sell me a phone that was actually unlocked. But the phone I ended up getting was still locked to the carrier and I could not actually activate it. Checking an IMEI these days is not just good enough. You got to also see if there's device payment. I will never trust swappa again or buy from them at this point.

The best way to improve this app would be to revert to the previous version. It's pretty much unusable since 2.0 update. I searched Pixel 2 XL expecting to see 2 devices come back to choose from Unlocked and Verizon, but they're all mixed together. So then I went to the mixed results and see no history graph, no filtering, no sorting. It's a hot mess. Thank God for apkmirror I'm reverting.
