The UW App is a convenient tool for managing my account, tracking bills, and handling customer service requests. I appreciate the easy access to information and the quick ability to make payments. However, there are occasional glitches and bugs that can affect the user experience, like slow loading times or issues with certain features not working properly. If these are addressed, the app could be even more seamless. Overall, it’s useful but needs some improvements.

It took this provider nearly 3 weeks to install and turn on our WiFi while billing our contract when we moved home. They've turned it back off stating a request to change providers was made which was not from us. And now it's going to take another 2 weeks ( while being billed ) to turn it back on. We do not require a home visit from any engineers or new parts this could literally be done on UWs end. So we are confused why the long wait for someone to press a button. Terrible service.

It's ok for a basic app but it should show the transactions on your account and you should be able to see the energy usage thats been used. I want to see my DD amount, the payments I've made and my monthly use. The only good thing is the ability to contact them easily. Very outdated.
