The First Bus app lets users securely manage their account and payment details in one place. Users can sign up, sign in, and reset their password if needed, as well as view and update their personal information and account settings. They can also choose to delete their account if required.

How have you made it more inconvenient to use the app? Please re-add the feature that remembers the previous ticket bought rather than selecting from the list every time. When you click on your preferred stop it zooms OUT rather than in. Also, the tracker shows the routes on the wrong side of the road, and in the case of one way streets, along the wrong roads. We don't need fancy graphics, we need a working USEFUL app

I've asked three different people and no one was able to help describe or show how to map a route with this app. It shows the locations of bus stops, but not how to get anywhere (as far as anyone I've encountered can tell) and doesn't show the areas (, tickets are based on areas served) clearly. However, it is easy to purchase tickets. Bad that tickets expire within 24 hours once activated, so use it or lose it (ie, don't change your mind and decide to walk because it's a nice day out)

good when it works but very unreliable, sometimes the bus stops just don't show the map and the search feature comes up with no results making the app useless. I like being able to see where the bus is on the map because that's more accurate than the time tables. We get a lot of replacement buses in the area and some of them are not tracked, but the counter still goes for them.
