About this app

This is a companion app to the main N-able Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) app. It will automatically start a Take Control session for you when you select this feature in the RMM app: Simply go to the workstation you want to support, tap the Take Control button to start the remote session, and the app will automatically take care of the rest.

This app is powered by N-able Take Control, and is used for all the devices that are configured with this version of Take Control. It deploys the industry's fastest protocol to remotely access Windows® OS or Mac OS® devices from any smartphone or tablet, giving you unsurpassed client support.

Ratings and reviews

This app needs serious attention from N-able to be truly useful. Every few weeks it just hangs at login until you clear the cache, clear storage and then login all over again. The app is basically just a status dashboard with the option to launch the Take Control viewer.

Even on a higher end phone this app can't seem to stay connected without crashing.

Can't use this app on my Tab S4 becuade it doesn't have fingerprint.
