Ratings and reviews

Recently, tried many times registering events but keep getting same error upon processing credit card payment. I even tried other running event, clearing app cache and it seemed the issue persists on processing payment. I couldn't find any customer support via Web & App. Please advise how shall we reach out whenever there is an issue.

I could not upload picture of my run. A bit frustrating. I push gallery or camera but nothing happened. Please fix this bug

Can't submit runs. No help option provided in the app. Practically useless
