Absolutely amazing. I can't speak on the ability to cancel that everyone seems to have an issue with however ClassPass is a steal for what you receive. I couldn't decide between gyms all of which cost over 200$ a month. I decide to get ClassPass and split my classes between 3 amazing gyms and a yoga studio for stretching. If I need an extra day to workout I can either use my own gym or cancel that and purchase an additional 3 classes a month. Either way my total per month comes to 150-160$ which is far below what the boutique gyms cost.
Why would I commit to paying £35 a month before I can take a look around the app and try it before I part with my money? Or at least be given the opportunity learn what paying £35 gets me and what I could get if I pay. It might be great app, but I'll never know, Class Pass didn't offer me the chance. Class Pass - your install > churn rate must be horrendeous. Please adjust. I can't fathom how this was ever a good business decision for you.
The app is good with a few minor bugs... for those that use credit option, I am finding that when scrolled all the way down, the filter option obstructs the view of the credit charge. I would suggest placing it toward the left since there is ample space beneath the hour. Also, sometimes the app does not response to my scroll motion, so I have to keep scrolling until it finally reacts. Otherwise, I like everything about this app and the service itsself is really cool. I have tried everything from sculpting to barre, pilates, cycling, yoga. And I like that I can just book a class on my way home from work, or find classes around my work schedule without being bored. I really enjoy this service and the app is great fo the most part. Only working out that I have been able to get myself to do consistently and I have mot motivated to drag myself out to run alone the mast few months and I always liked barre and yoga, but buying a combination membership/class packages was a bit out of my price range and limiting to the locations which I didnt particularly like.
I was referred by a friend to use the app. Overall booking classes was easy and straightforward but I dislike that I am allowed to go to one location/class once only. The classes don't show difficulty levels and don't offer too much details of what the class is like. I think it's a good app to try out for a month but because you can't go to the same class twice, I find it inconvenient for long term use. Also I had some trouble cancelling my membership on my Android. No cancellation button. You need to chat with someone and the chat is not available on Android. It was a lengthy process, though the online staff was friendly.
I can't believe so many negative reviews. My roommate and I are obsessed with Class Pass. We've referred so many other satisfied members also. It's popular in my area and we've never had any issues. I love how it holds me accountable to go to the gym by charging me if I no show a class I reserved.
They will give you a trial and charge you for the next month immediately. Cancellation process is a pain. Don't even bother installing or using class pass. Just go directly to the gym and ask for a trial class or sign up with them.
