Ratings and reviews

The app is full of bugs. The MFA doesn't work for text messages. The biometric sign-on doesn't work if the account has been locked before due to failed login attempts. Lastly the Zelle feature doesn't work on the app. It just loads forever and never resolves. They really need to spend some time better testing the app to get it working better.

I hate this app. The old one was much more intuitive to use. More steps to get the same information. I don't know why we need to " improve" something that was working great.

It is most always out of order for some reason! Not always my fault either. It keeps telling , my finger print is invalid!
