It shows all my previous years, but not my current year plan. So, it is basically useless to me. I'm giving it an extra star because it does have the "check item eligibility" which could be helpful.

I have 2 accounts with P&A Group. When I go to my account list, nothing shows. Also for the details that do show, there's no indication if I'm looking at my FSA account or HSA account. Additionally, a claim I recently filed and was approved is nowhere to be found.

I am finding it impossible to use. First, there isn't an "upload claim/documentation" button on their menu tab to upload my saved pdf. Second, when I try to "add receipt" in account activity; my photo, screen shot and saved photo are all rejected for not being a pdf. I'm not sure what else to try.
