The app doesn't have access to prescriptions that have been sent to the pharmacy but are not being filled immediately. Because of backward DEA rules preventing refills on scheduled pharmaceuticals, prescribers will often send multiple one-month prescriptions, rather than write new ones every month. This app does not allow customers to view these prescriptions or request that they be filled, even though the pharmacy has them on file. Without this functionality the app has limited utility.

Tried to go "my profile." Needs to be validated. App sends a code via text. Type code into box, and then...nothing. No submit button. Hitting "done" on keyboard does nothing. Gave up.
