Ratings and reviews

HSBC application does not login with biometric and face authentication, the app crashes, or you can make it smooth like BHIM app and add new features. The application is low level and very basic. The ratings I gave are also very high. This application crashes many times. Login cannot be done using biometrics. Proper tiles are not made. There is no direct option for credit card and loan account holders. It is a very old app.

The application is user-friendly but lacks a few features. Domestic payees can't be added from the app. Positive Pay CTS can be incorporated in the app. Capital gain/loss statement can't be downloaded from the app. Provision to view Insurance Policies bought from HSBC isn't there. Credit/Debit Card activation, provision to change Card Pin isn't there. Contact Details of RM/SM and backup can make the app better. Incorporating AI to navigate through the menu, with assistance, would be helpful.

The app is very basic. Doesn't have any options to convert credit to EMI. For any details we need to call support. The user flow of the application is very poor.App doesn't show the details on single page. Statements are confusing. The app seems to be created by a bunch of school kids.
