I am extremely disappointed with Yellowcard. I attempted to withdraw money from my account three days ago, and it still hasn't been processed. Their customer support is a joke; all I've received in response to my inquiries are automated, generic responses that resolve nothing. It's not just the delay that's the problem—it's their total disregard for customer service and failure to address issues promptly. This is a warning to potential use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This app is an absolute SCAM. Do not use them. I repeat do not use them. They let you fund your account on the app and once you want to use your funds they lock it and keep stalling. Giving you all sorts of frustrations. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Update: I have received an email from YellowCard saying the exact same b.s they've been serving me. I am no longer interested in your app or verification process. Close the account and return my funds. All I want is my money back!

Horrible. They've kept my money locked in. I cannot withdraw any and even after contacting customer support, no feedback has been given not even a single email. They let you deposit money and block you from receiving it. Horrible app. Scammers
