This app is very good to use and very important for crypto but i just forgot my account phrase i can't access it any longer am so angry about that no costumers service 😢😢😢😢

I can't access my funds. After depositing btc, I switched to saving, and upon coming back to the invest page, they're asking for my keys (which is not normal).. I put the keys correctly because I saved it, but they're rejecting it. Even the customer service is very slow
