it's been 8h now that am trying to buy Solana they keep directing me to a ticket submission customer support is absolute mess there are features that are never available, fees are exorbitant 10% app is too slow I like their initiative but the app is very poor now 5years that I know this plateforme and all i can ask them is to please do correctly their job

This is one of the worse apps I have used. Once you forget your password, that's all. You can't reset the password when you enter the code they send to you, they'll keep saying incorrect code and all your money in the app is gone. If you contact support they will forget keep saying they are working on the issue. Please mind how you keep your money on this app or better still don't.

My KYC has been pending for 8 days now, and the customer service does not seem to care about my problem. Some sort of bot has been replying to me on Telegram until now. There is no solution to my KYC, and I am starting to get very disturbed. I have money in that account, and for some reason, I want to make a withdrawal, and no one is helping me at the customer service to resolve this issue
