In testing the operation of Song Bank Plus on devices running Android 13,
An issue has been discovered in which some functions do not function properly under Bluetooth MIDI connections (*).
This problem only occurs on "Android 13".
・For Google Pixel series (excluding Pixel 4/4 XL), we have confirmed that this issue has been resolved with the monthly update in March 2023.
- Regarding other smart devices, the update status varies depending on the manufacturer and device. Please contact the manufacturer or carrier for compatibility information.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you refrain from using Android 13 until the issue is resolved.
This problem does not occur when connecting with a USB cable or with a device running an Android OS up to Android 12.
(*) Uses wireless MIDI & AUDIO adapter (WU-BT10 made by our company).

*If you wish to use a MIDI player with the Wireless MIDI & AUDIO Adapter (WU-BT10), you will not be able to use it unless your smart device is running Android OS 8.0 or higher and is compatible with Bluetooth® Low Energy.
*Smart devices that display an alert that does not support MIDI when installing the app cannot be connected to the instrument itself.
*1 If the app does not start properly, please try operation A or B below.
A. Delete the app's data and cache by going to Device Settings > Apps > Song Bank Plus > Storage > Clear Data, then start the app.
B. Uninstall Song Bank Plus, then go to device settings > Google > Backup > Turn off backup to Google Drive and reinstall the app.
*2 When installing this app for the first time, please check whether the message "Your device does not support MIDI" is displayed. If the display is displayed, it will be a USB-MIDI non-compatible terminal.
* 3 LK-530 in the application/LK-520 built-in song/LK-515 built-in song/LK-512 built-in song/LK-511 The song is LK-530/LK-520/LK-515/LK- 512/LK-511/LK-516/LK-526/LK-536 Please note that it cannot be transferred to the main unit.
* 4 In some Sharp terminals, we have confirmed events that MIDI connection related functions do not work properly. The issue may be resolved by updating the device's firmware to the latest version, so please check the firmware version. For details, please contact Sharp or each mobile company.
◆ You can increase the number of songs by connecting with your smart device
Song data downloaded and purchased from "Song Bank Plus" can be transferred to the LK-530/LK-520/LK-515/LK-512/LK-511/LK-516/LK-526/LK-536. In addition to the built -in songs, you can increase your favorite songs.

*To transfer song data from your smart device to the keyboard, please use the included audio cable or a commercially available USB cable (A-B type or C-B type). A USB cable allows faster transfer, but an A-B type USB cable requires a USB-OTG cable (USB conversion adapter). (Audio cable included only for LK-530/LK-520/LK-515/LK-512/LK-511)
*Please set the connected smart device to disable mobile data communication, such as in airplane mode.
*Do not connect the USB cable and audio cable to the smart device at the same time.
"Song Bank Plus" has a lineup of songs from a variety of genres, including Western and Japanese hit songs and piano songs. There are two screen display modes.
◆With Melody Master, you can enjoy it like a game
If you use a commercially available USB cable, the LK-530/LK-520/LK-515/LK-512/LK-511/LK-516/LK-526/LK-536 main unit and the app screen will be linked, making it feel like a game. You can enjoy the melody master that you can play.
If you use the optional wireless MIDI & AUDIO adapter (WU-BT10), the app screen will be linked wirelessly with the keyboard (LK-530/LK-520/LK-526/LK-536), allowing you to play like a game. You can enjoy it.
*Note*
Depending on the communication environment and the performance of your smart device, when using a BluetoothⓇ connection, there may be noticeable delays or distortions in the sound in the lesson function of the app. If this happens, try the following:
- Check how to use the lessons and check the MIDI playback quality in the app's instructions.
